Klearnet Solutions is committed to building a one-stop Network Support service, based on solid partnerships between their staff and business partners. Klearnet work closely with their suppliers (such as Intel, Microsoft, Novell, HP and others) to bring their corporate and education customers the latest in technology and solutions.

Problem

The previous Klearnet Solutions website contained outdated content, was missing a lot of text, and much of the site functionality was broken. Klearnet were not maximising or promoting their online presence. Similarly, Klearnet Solutions were not presenting an image congruent with their outstanding reputation as a corporate and education network solution provider.

Objective

  • Create an updated, clean and professional look and feel
  • Provide detailed information regarding Klearnet products and services
  • Integrate Klearnet's e-Commerce store
  • Create a Content Managed website allowing site administration to keep information current and relevant
  • Design an engaging website to incease site visitor duration
  • Optimise the site with the leading search engines

Solution

The Hive.net.au development team designed a clean and professsional layout in line with Klearnet's branding.  Navigation is deployed via an accordian nav bar - yet is simple, effective and engaging.

The site was built from the SilverStripe CMS platform with customisation required to integrate the accordian nav bar, online forms, image slider and secure staff portal.

hiveMAIL subscription functionality has been integrated into the Home Page of the site, allowing for Klearnet Solutions to build up a database of email contacts to which they can send out e-newsletters (using hiveMAIL).

Klearnet Solutions engaged the printing services of Hive.net.au and had business cards and 'With Compliments' slips created using the enhanced logo design that Hive.net.au created for the website.

Results

The new Klearnet.com.au went live in early December so we will update results as they come through!
